This is the case when you are involved in the production of pharmaceuticals or infant nutrition, the care for patients or microbiological research.

Validation in the context of quality assurance and quality control

We offer validation services to a wide variety of customers, as a part of quality assurance, quality control and quality certification processes.

Kropman Contamination Control is considered as an authority when it comes to national and international quality  standards and safety compliance, such as IGJ compliance (the regulatory framework for public healthcare in the Netherlands) and FDA approval.

Extensive knowledge of our customers’ processes

An important piece of added value when it comes to validation: we also have extensive experience in the design and construction of cleanrooms, laboratories and process installations.

As a result, we have vast specialized knowledge of the specific production areas, workspaces and processes used by customers in pharma, food, healthcare, life sciences and micro-electronics. Amongst other things, this enables us to reduce downtime during validation to an absolute minimum.

Initial validation, scheduled validation and ad hoc service

We offer validation services upon initial installation as well as periodic validation, in the context of scheduled maintenance and auditing. In addition, we also carry out ad hoc validations, for example in the case of unscheduled audits or after calamities.

In any case, our commissioning engineers and validation experts make sure that every process step is correctly recorded and documented in a validation report.
