Transporting 16 CIP skids to Switzerland, how does it work?
As previously posted, Kropman Contamination Control is in full swing with its largest CIP skid order ever. All 16 skids have now been approved by the client through a FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) in our prefabfactory.
The skids have been prepared by our professionals for transport in terms of height dimensions and tightly sealed by Buitelaar.
Our largest order ever is ready to be transported in 4 batches of 4 skids by Van Grinsven to Switzerland and to cover 823 kilometers by truck. A batch every week for the next 4 weeks.
Once arrived in Switzerland, the skids are connected to the existing piping at the Pharmaceutical Plant under the supervision of Kropman. After the SAT (Site Acceptance Test) all skids can be put into use with optimal performance.
