Within the Netherlands, Kropman Contamination Control is considered to be one of the main specialists in filtration skid engineering and building. Recently we have noticed that international interest in our expertise in this area is also increasing.

UF, MF, NF: skids for every filtration degree

Filtration is one of the most important processes in pharmaceutical production. We design, build and commission high-quality skid systems for every degree of filtration. This is mainly done for the pharmaceutical industry and compounding pharmacies in hospitals, but also for other applications such as food production.

From regular harvesting skids to ultrafiltration (UF), microfiltration (MF) and nanofiltration (NF) skids, we provide engineering, assembly and construction of all hardware components as well as the development of any necessary software.

Custom-made to your specifications, compliant with all relevant guidelines

We mostly design and build custom filtration skids, fully tailored to the requested specifications, based on an existing P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram), but also “from scratch” if desired.

We work according to all of the latest relevant guidelines and regulations, such as ASME, BPE, FDE, GMP. Upon commissioning, we provide you with all of the required documentation.

Dedicated production location for skid building

Kropman Contamination Control has its own dedicated production location for skid building in Nijmegen, the Netherlands.

Here, we pre-fabricate and pre-test individual components or entire skids under controlled conditions which further improves quality and saves time on location.
