Cleaning In place (CIP) skids and Sterilization in Place (SIP) skids

CIP skids solutions are an integrated part of the operational process. Our Cleaning In Place skids enable efficient and effective cleaning of pipes, valves and process equipment without the need for disassembly.

We offer a total package for the entire project. From conceptual, basic and detail design to construction, commissioning and validation, including monitoring software. We also build CIP skids on the basis of existing designs.

Cleaning Out of Place (COP) skids and Sterilization Out of Place (SOP) skids

Are you looking for a stand-alone cleaning skid solution? In addition to CIP skids, we also design and construct COP skids. Local cleaning units for mobile tanks, typically situated in cleanrooms. We often build these skid units behind some sort of transfer panel; a wall panel that separates the cleanroom from the production area.

Our COP skid solutions ensure fast and controlled cleaning of mobile components, with as little disruption of operational processes as possible.

Custom skid solutions: the flexibility to make the right decisions

As far as we are concerned, there is no such thing as a standard skid. Is a single pump sufficient or is it better to have two? Can we use the piping for buffering or do you prefer a buffer tank?
